Designed for full sun and partial shade, and has medium to high drought resistance with medium to high durability. It can be used to seed a new lawn or overseed an existing lawn. For best results, apply in the spring or fall when daily average soil temperatures are consistently between 60 Deg. F and 75 Deg. F or air temperatures are between 65 Deg. F and 85 Deg. F.
